How to hide multiple menu from vendor dashboard?

Published by WP Doctor on

If you are a Dokan plugin user then this post is helpful for you. In Dokan each vendor gets their own frontend dashboard to upload their products and manage their orders, coupons, reports etc.

Now if you are running a marketplace with limited access for the vendor then you may be thinking to remove all the extra options from the vendor area. As an example – you are running a marketplace where the vendor does not manage any coupon/withdraw or payment configuration or your vendor is only sell the product uploaded by the admin. So, you do not want your vendor to show other options. In this case, you might be looking for a solution to disable those options.

You can simply hide the menu which does you want by using Dokan Menu Hider plugin. No need to worry! this plugin is fully free.

How does it work?

First of all, install the Dokan Menu Hider plugin on your website from wp-admin  → plugins → Add new  and then search the plugin and install it.

After installing the plugin, please navigate to Dokan -> Settings -> Selling option. You will get an option called Hide Vendor Dashboard Menu “.

You can select single or multiple menu names which need to be disabled from the frontend. Please remember that Dokan has both lite and pro version so, this plugin will work with both version.

Which theme is Dokan compatible?

Hi Nayem

I would like to hide “Settings” which I can’t do using this plugin. How can I do that?

You may need to use CSS to hide the settings as I did not do the code for that 🙂

Is there any way that could hide all vendor contact information like address, phone, email, to a buyer, so that buyer has to click on buying, otherwise buyer contact vendor and agreed not to pay commision
